01. Price and Start

The service fee is SEK 50 and covers activation and initial setup of the challenge (setting the period, linking witnesses, initiating the verification flow, and setting up payment for a potential future stake charge). The service starts immediately when you approve the purchase/authorization by clicking "Authorize Stakes".

02. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase date. If you withdraw, we will cancel the challenge so that no stake amount is charged.

03. Compensation upon Withdrawal

If you withdraw after the service has started (i.e., after clicking "Authorize Stakes"), we will retain the SEK 50 service fee, since the activation and initial setup have already been provided as part of the immediate protocol start.

04. Honest Verdict (The 72-Hour Window)

The protocol concludes on your "Freedom Date." At that moment, an automated report request is sent to your witnesses. They have a 72-hour window to cast their verdict.

• Immediate Failure: A single "RELAPSED" vote from either witness triggers an immediate stake charge. 1 strike = 100% failure.
• Success: No stake is charged only if BOTH witnesses vote "CLEAN" within the 72-hour window.
• Neutral Void: If the 72-hour window expires without a definitive "RELAPSED" vote and without achieving two "CLEAN" votes (e.g., if witnesses remain silent), the protocol is voided. In this case, no stake is charged to the challenger. We cannot penalize the challenger for witness silence.

05. Merchant of record.

All transactions are processed by Persson Of Sweden AB (Org. nr: 559011-5944), located at Långången 4, 417 22 Gothenburg, Sweden. Persson Of Sweden AB is the legal entity responsible for all payments, billing disputes, and customer support for this service.
